"We all love IHOP. Their food is great. I went to this location after a 16-hour shift hungry and tired. The gentleman up front, Fernando, was so rude and unwelcoming, I felt like I went to someone's house uninvited. Instead of responding hello to my greeting he yelled at me that I need to wait. What to say hello.... I decided to let that go and just order my food to go... then he continued by snatching my card from my hands and talking to me very rude.... Good service is much better than good food. I'm not going back there ever again because of his rudeness and bad customer service."

"There were only 3 ppl working total, the cook, the server, who was very hard to understand, her accent was so thick, and a lady that was doing all the cleaning and occasionally assisted the server. It took a good 15 min before we were even asked about our drinks. We waited for our food for almost an hour! The family next to us got their food first even though they came in after us. And there was a very strong but weird smell when you first enter the waiting area. Couldn't identify but it was very offputing"

"I went to this restaurant for breakfast. It wasn't super crowded but busy. I was seated, and after 20 minutes, no one asked for my drink order or came for my table. Two tables that came in after me ordered and received their drink orders. Many staff looked at me, but none ever came. It wasn't until I walked out and handed my menu to someone that they tried to take my order for my drink and offer service. I ended up going to another restaurant and now know that this location will never be an option going forward."
