"It was ok, food was what to be expected from a fast food place, and we went for the Dc toys— and they gave us a free one when we were searching for a specific toy, which was really nice, though we felt bad about bothering them. Overall, floor was sticky, seats were ok, and the food was warm, no complaints."

"When there for lunch and the male cashier took my order, which I asked for $6 bag. Lettuce tomatoes. Cashier told the young lady she looked at me if she could kill me. She slapped the condiments on and looked at me again. When I got the bag of food I touched the sandwich NO heat coming from the wrapping. I asked cashier I'd he could heat the sandwich up. Cashier replied we don't heat food, however they will make me another one. Okay, he tells the same young lady and boy smoke coming from her ears, cheeks turned red... I said get me your manager please! At this time the young lady tells another young lady in her native language to see what I want... The other young lady comes to the counter and ask me" What Do You Want? I stated to her what do you mean? Please can you get manager. OMG!!!! The Indian manager caught personal feelings, when I was simply explaining the situation and how it can be resolved. LONG STORY SHORT HE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!! He wanted to get rid of the problem. Poor customer service, the floor was sticky, my shoes was sticking to the floor... They ALL acted like they didn't want to be there. I wasted 30 minutes of lunch break going back and forth with this manager. Until I stated that I will be calling Corporate, we'll he said be my guest..."
