"My sister was a former employee here and there was an incident with a manager JOSE, who was very rude and unprofessional I can't say all that happened because of privacy and due to my lawyer letting me know not to share much but one thing I will say he was very rude to my 18-year-old sister and saying " oh if theses girls come beat you and you lose I will beat you up" and as well always sending her home and not paying her for the rest of the hours that she was scheduled for and as well telling the employees to not talk to her at all and like punishing her who says that. We have reached out to the supervisors and nothing has been done."
"I went in here at the beginning of January because it's a new location that had just opened up. I went to get a bowl and asked the employee for some brown rice. He put an incredible small portion of rice in the bowl. I politely asked him if he could give me some more rice and he barked back at me "you have to pay extra for rice" he then put an incredible small portion of pinto beans in my bowl. I did not say anything and paid for my meal. The customer service was terrible and the employee was incredibly rude when I asked him for a sufficient amount of food. I am not there to beg staff for food and will not stand and argue with them as I am placing my order. I later went back to talk to the manager of the store about what has happened and he told me I was wrong for what I did and that the only excuse he gave was it was a new store. I guess being a new store allows the employees to be rude to the customers and give them extremely small portions of food. If you are going to spend your hard earned money at a store to eat you should get a reasonable amount of food. This management has a lot to learn about how to treat customers, and customer service in general. I would strongly advise to avoid this location."
"I have been to this location at least 3 times a week since it opened and I love it. I have a somewhat unique order for a picky child that can be tricky for employees who aren’t familiar with the policy for charging the order, but I’ve never had a problem at this location. Some of the employees here are new (makes sense, it’s a new location) but they are all very open and kind and take the time to get the charge right, especially if you can explain (and most of the time there is an experienced staff person around who can help explain to the newer employees). I also appreciate how friendly they are and how low-stress the experience is there. I find the food to be consistently good/fresh, which can be an issue at other locations. The inside seating is nice and I’ve done the drive-through as well and it’s quite efficient for a busy evening. I’m so thrilled to have such a great chipotle so close to my home!"
"This location is the worse. They have messed up my “pickup” order twice! Over charged me for double protein and did not provide it. The manager Esther is extremely rude. I complained about my order. She said “well you don’t have to comeback here and rolled her eyes” I asked for corporate #. She laughed and “said we don’t have a corporate office”. The customer service is terrible. I had high hopes for this location, but they let me down. Upper management need to train their employees on how to talk to their customers and how to do the pickup orders correctly."
"I had a great experience when I went. You can tell it's a new location and all the staff are new, which I didn't mind; we've all had jobs where we were new and understand how that is. What they lack in experience they made up for in friendliness. They were all very kind, welcoming, and just great customer service. The food was the same as any other Chipotle I've been to, which is great. I'll be going back soon, thanks!"
