"The quality of this location in particular has gone way down hill. I typically avoid it, I’ve found wrappers/ trash in my food (a Crunchwrap??) they forget something or mess the order up every time, a sloppy mess. update: decided to give this place another chance some time later after avoiding the location, the food was hot, they had new workers in the back who seemed more attentive, I appreciate the service taco bell!"

"If I could give a negative star. Taco bell was empty, one person ahead of us inside the store and an empty drive through. Threr visible employees. Took them a while to get our order of 3 food items and a slushy ( so not a big order). Never gave us slushy nor did they inform us when we picked up other part of the order that their machine is broken. After a while we realized we are still missing slushy, went upto counter to get it, was told its not working. Asked for refund, she gave me refund but I had to ask three times to look a receipt to make sure correct amount was refunded. If we didn't realize part of our order was missing , they didn't care to let us know so basically if you order check you got everything you got Charged for."

"Renovated Taco Bell in Elkridge is clean, quick and good. Very convenient. If you have a large truck or SUV take the right lane in drive-through, it is easier to turn."

"The Good: The food was good, the service was quick, and the place was absolutely spotless. The Bad: Firstly, they really need to take the milk off the menu since there is no milk. That is just logic. Secondly, I heard explicit language fron the employees, and I was with my four year old son, so that is problematic. The Judgment: 2 Stars: ⭐⭐ I would suggest going through the drive-thru, especially if you take issue with offensive language."
