Ledo Pizza

"I typically love Ledos especially this one because my son plays at the field close by. In fact, I have been a patron of this particular Ledos several times over because of its proximity to my son’s soccer practice. This will be my final time making a purchase here. I was treated rudely, unfairly, and finally I was placated like a child. I came as a table of one and ordered seasoned fries and a sprite. It took 20 minutes for my cold plate of unseasoned fries to reach me. When I flagged the waiter down after several attempts to get his attention I asked if they were seasoned, the waiter took my question as rude and snatched the plate from me. A woman returned with my same plate with more seasoning than fries. I was scared to ask for anything else but, luckily I never had an opportunity to because no one ever returned to my table. I went to the front to pay for my food and told the young man that I detected an attitude from him. He felt justified because he thought my asking him if the fries were seasoned was a snarky question. I didn’t even remember asking him the question but it’s totally possible that I did. I thought I had told him that I order seasoned fries and that they were not seasoned. Either way I was legitimately confused as to how that justified his attitude. A supervisor or someone who I think was a supervisor stepped in and the confusion continued. While trying to have dialogue she said it’s ‘ok, baby’. It was wildly unprofessional and uncomfortable. I learned I was being treated this way because a large group of parents that I knew walked in after me and there was an assumption from the Ledos team that I was with them. I walked away without an apology or an acknowledgment that they were wrong. I wanted an apology. I wanted acknowledgment that I deserved to be treated with respect. I got neither."

"I would give no stars if possible. The waiter literally was just walking around on her phone and never checked on us. the drinks were watered down and we were never asked if we even wanted refills. Do yourself a favor and go to the one in glen Burnie. Far superior to this location"

"My favorite go to place when I'm in the area. Best kept secret is they have a bar and show the games. Fast and friendly service everytime I've been there."

"I purposely avoided providing low rating because I’m sure you can do a way better job cooking pizza. Your Laurel location serves unbelievably good pizza and we systematically order from you for our office in Laurel. Today, at 8:40 pm I picked up pizza from Elkridge location. The dough was thin, crusty, and over baked so it felt like a cracker. The entire pie barely had one table spoon of pizza sauce. I will return again sometime later and hope you will be able to address the inconsistencies I described."

"All orders were backed up 15-20 min on a Friday night. Food was okay, but not exciting. We usually like white pizzas, but theirs has a aioli sauce on it. Big mistake. It's like putting mayonnaise in your white pizza sauce. Yuck. Also had a 6 pack of chicken wings, and got them half buffalo, half Old Bay. They put 3 wings in each take-out container, waste of plastic. Finally the spicy jalapeno Ravioli Bites were just ok. Needed to be dipped in something and their sauce isn't my favorite. Tastes like they almost burned the tomatoes as they were reducing them in the sauce."
