"I was born and raised in Germany and the schnitzel here was a 10 out of 10. The spaetzle and the potato pancakes were also a huge hit. The atmosphere and the decor felt just like a real German restaurant. I would definitely eat here again to get some authentic food"
"My kids brought me here for my birthday and what a great time we had! Delicious wursts, schnitzels and flavorful sides! Go for a birthday and skip dessert for the free round of shots! Fig liquor was smoooooth! So good we purchased a bottle. And get this, very nice selection of VEGAN items, who knew Germans do vegan??? Treat yourself and make it to this casual, friendly and fun spot with something for everyone!"
"We finally made it to the Rathskeller Restaurant in Elkridge and were not disappointed with our visit. We love good German cuisine which is hard to find in our area. Based on our lunch today at the restaurant, we now have a great place to satisfy our cravings for German food. We had the wurst platter ($55) which came with two large sides. We also had several sides including the potato cakes which were delicious."
"A gem and our new favorite place. Menu is amazing. Kitchen preparation is on point. Everything comes out delicious. Service is extraordinary. Everyone is happy and works as a team. Decour is just what you would see in Germany! Drinks are so fun, many items we have only ever seen in Germany and Austria. We visit as often as possible."
"One of the big things I look for when reviewing is service, and the service at Rathskeller was on point. Our waiter was Eric, who was very friendly and helpful in suggesting dishes and drinks. Even though German food has always been hit or miss for me, the dishes here were delicious and hearty. We ate inside on the second floor, but there was also seating outside and in the bottom floor. Definitely adding this restaurant to our list of places to return."
