"I have been going to Sana Day Spa for face threading for at least 5 years. I typically see Jessie, but a few times Sana herself. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes and have had excellent & friendly service each and every time. I have not tried other services but have been VERY happy with the full-face threading I've received."

"Sana does a very good job, but the last 3 times I have come here I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes past my appointment time. I arrive 10 minutes ahead of my appointment and pay online and am always caught running late after because of them. This past time I had a 1:50 appointment and a 2:00 was taken before and when asked about it was told to just wait 5-10 more minutes. An apology or some better communication would have been appreciated for my wasted time."

"I come here for lower leg waxing only. I can usually just call up, ask if I can come in shortly because I live only 5 minutes away. They say yes so I drive over, park, and go into the spa. A few minutes later I'm taken into a room where they wax the hair off my legs in about 10 minutes because leg waxing don't hurt anymore. I pay up, tip the waxer, drive back home, and it's been less than 30 minutes since I left."
