"I requested designs on each finger on 11/3 and was told the service would be $50, not a problem. No manicure, just gel polish with designs. This was my first time at this salon and these were birthday nails. I showed the older gentleman what I wanted and he obliged. He put dip on my nails and proceeded to help me pick colors. Smooth sailing in the beginning. He had shaky hands and struggled so bad with simple designs, e.g. a smiley face. He tried several times to do at least 3 of the 5 designs I presented and ultimately ended up doing what he could. He charged me $60. I had been there for 2 hours and was just ready to go. 2 hours for something that I didn’t want but was too far into the service to walk away. I went back to have the polish removed, which chipped by 11/5. The woman who worked on my nails soaked each hand 4 times in acetone and proceeded to sand/buff the gel and dip off. My nails are now paper thin and painful. I pulled away each time and told her it hurt and she just pulled my hand closer. She told me not to get dip again, something I didn’t ask for in the first place. I’d never recommend this place. They’re pleasant, but the service/techniques being used are just not safe. Now I have to nurture my nails which were much stronger before visiting this place. Never again. What I asked for vs what I received shown in the photos."

"First and Last. I was hoping to find a new salon and just needed some acrylics removed (5 specifically, rough I know) so I stopped in after work. I arrived at 4:40 and left at 5:40….. Sat for 45 minutes with my hands in acetone to remove 5 nails. After 20 minutes he said he forgot about me. I realized halfway through that he was actually building a shelf for the salon in between. There were only 2 other customers in the shop, I was the only one he was working on. He filed them at the end and made absolutely no attempt to straighten them up, see pic."

"Normally I won’t do this cause I feel like a Karen. But I just yesterday came in and got a full set done and thought it looked beautiful before leaving tipped good and everything. Upon looking closer at my nails however, the paint was not evenly place some was peeling off and one of the nails now has a gap where the paint used to be because my nail tech filed the nail after she was done painting and it lost the paint."

"Went with some fam, they had great nail techs who took their time. Mine rushed my deluxe pedicure and my full set. Me and one other did get a nick on our hands. The others had no issues. The polish was lain smoothly on everyone and the nail techs were welcoming and polite."
