When I moved I tried various salons and stylist and I never really loved my hair, they couldn’t get the hilites right with my dark hair or the customer service lacked. "My hair dresser today was Desiree. She was professional, pleasant and the most able hairdresser I have met in the US, in 3 years; who does African hair. Unlike those I met in the past, she was a worthwhile wait. She does not speak poorly of others, or tell you that she does not do this or that. No. She listened to what i wanted and was mindful. She is educated, informed, attempts to educate her client and knows what she is doing. Observing her, I felt at ease. I did not get burned from my relaxer. Application was done correctly. She did not tear my thick hair apart. She put on a moisture product for my hair too. She was honest about my bad cut and I trusted her to cut my hair, with no fair. She knew how to apply the relaxer, by not putting it at the root, to cause long exposure and burning. She based my scalp and praise God, no ill effects. The other staff were professional. Well mannered. The inside is clean, interior design done well and well maintained. George helped to clean up as Desiree worked and Julinda was with an older client.
