"If your looking for speedy great service don't come here! I first had an issue with this location 5 months ago. I came here again to give them the benefit of doubt and it was beyond horrible. I was dining in with my family and they "accidentally" packed up our food to go and had to remake the whole thing. On top of that there was many issues with our order. The waiter had to keep going back and forth to get things he forgot. I waited over 20 mins for him to come back to the table and collect the bill and he never came back. I had to walk up to the main entrance to pay it. I will never come here again. Guys! Don't waste your time. Just go to hook and reel."
"Came here on a Monday evening, our server took about 10 minutes to greet us. -Our drinks were wrong, I ordered a regular lemonade and got a strawberry. My boyfriend ordered a deep sea lobsterita and he got a classic marg with the server saying they have multiple lobsteritas and he needed to specify. She insinuated that he misordered when on our bill she rang in the wrong item. -It took her 10/12 minutes to check back in and by then I had eaten my (wrong) food due to no biscuits. It also took 5/7 minutes to get the bill and longer for a box. -We didn't receive complimentary biscuits until I requested it, which was AFTER our food arrived. -I ordered extra linguini portion for my pasta which I didn't receive and was almost charged for extra sauce. As someone who's lactose intolerant, I was unaware of the extra sauce and didn't take the extra lactose pills needed for that amount. So if I end up sick I will be back. -After talking to the manager we asked for compensation for the inconvenience and he just took the sauce off the bill, which should've been automatic. As a server and my partner a service manager, this service was just bad. We paid 65$ for a bad experience and it's appalling that we couldn't even get a discount or even free bread. Our orders weren't written down or repeated back to us. I will not be back to this location, because there's no way we had valid complaints and were more or less brushed off. I would rather drive 30minutes to Annapolis before experiencing poor service and poor management."
"The food was not good at all . Everything was bland . I can say the appetizers were good we got the lobster dip and calamari all the entrées were not good at all. The utensils were dirty the staff did not care about anything at all and the servers were soooooo slow . This used to be me and my families favorite place to come now I don’t know what happened."
"Went to dine-in yesterday 1/13/24, came in at 3:54 pm, was seated at 5:13 pm, was told there was a 60 people party (for which the restaurant should already have a stablished protocol for service), the waitress service was like her first day, took the order the 1st time she came at the table, but no silverware, no napkins, no water, took forever to see her eveytime (which was only 4 times), asked for kid's drink/chair but she forgot, asked for napkins again and she brought what look like bathroom paper towels, 4 of the 7 drinks where served in plastic cups (like when you order to go) no specific reason given, when asked for the desserts menu, she made a weird facial expression, and when asked for the check to pay, that was the fastest time she came back to the table. Not sure if there was something else going on at the restaurant, but there was no customer service control, and if you ask any of the patrons at the time, no one looked very excited about the service."
"SLOWEST SERVICE EVER! My husband and I waited almost TWO HOURS for our food and were told we would receive a discount. They only took off the appetizer. We ended up taking our food home because by the time we got it, they were closing. Terrible."
