"Wanted to charge over $3 for a cup to get water, then said the machines didn't have water, so I said forget it. Chicken sandwich was OK."

"Overall not a good experience. Ordered a large family meal online for basketball team as we were in town from Atlanta Georgia for a tournament. The order said that it will be ready and completed at 11:40 AM. We arrived at 11:45 AM and they did not even start the order. After over 15 minutes of waiting, we finally received the order. I asked the manager for a water cup due to the weight and she abruptly told me no they don’t do water cups I can buy one. Very poor customer service, especially under situation where you were wrong by not having the meal ready. In addition, the manager and other employees were arguing with each other extremely loud."

"KFC Cole slaw is the best and chicken sandwich was good although the bun was cold like it just came out the fridge. Very clean restaraunt. Cashier seemed new but he was polite. Service was fast. Price was fair."

"This is about the third time that I go to this specific location and everything is trash. Once, I ordered an 8 piece bucket. I got 7 pieces and they didn’t have anything but thighs and legs. Tonight, I ordered two famous bowls. She first asks me to wait. I’m guessing she was asking if there was anything for it. She comes back and says okay. There are exactly 4 pieces of chicken and no corn. Never going here again. They didn’t even give me the receipt for me to be able to do a review directly to their company. Oh! And they probably ran out of spoons too because that wasn’t included either."
