"This is literally the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. My family has lived 1 minute away from the store for the past 26 years and this store has never been as bad as it is now. Fries = disgusting burgers = disgusting, ask for fresh food they just re-heat old fries and meat. It's hardly edible. $15 and I took 2 bites and threw it in the trash. You can see in the picture that the fries were stale and hard, and that's after I sent them back. I asked for fresh fries and patties and they put cold gross fries in my bag. The night crew should all be fired and sent back to school starting with the 9th grade. This is the first experience in many many years that actually made me ANGRY. DO NOT EAT AT THIS STORE! LET IT GET CLOSED DOWN so we can have a quality restaurant take its place!"

"I went to this restaurant 4 days ago at 9.30 pm to buy a package and there was no one but. And the young lady on duty said that I could pick up the packages from inside, so I said I'm already here, you're going to reach out and give it, it's already cold on the table, waiting for the customer, because the rules said, you can take it from the inside, she said, I won't give it from here. And the opposite was the case when I came before, I came in, he said, you will get it from outside, he said, you will get in line, and I came directly out based on him, what kind of a rule is that, the customer is waiting for food there at the place where he works and he can't buy food with his money, the lady talks to me for 5 minutes there, reaches out her hand and takes the package in five seconds. The package is as big as a fist, why do they humiliate the drivers, they victimize the customers, I don't even want to understand it, this is a completely non-business rule, if you come to a place with the customer's money, you have to serve the customer, if you don't serve, close it or don't give the package and do this job. You don't know because you can't serve because of your idiotic rules, you can't work because neither the driver who comes to the package has patience to wait, why do you come in, come out, are you going to give it for free inside, as if no, why are you acting stupidly.. And when I took the customer to dinner, he greeted me at the door why He said can I ask if I'm late, I said, I said, "You don't give your food," I said, "What can I do?" The man was very angry and he said something like that... Every restaurant of these sets a rule according to their mind, come in, come out, they make us dance, they are disgracing our money there. if you're doing this, do it, if you're not, close it, let the one who does it come…. "If there was a way to give no star I would, My family and I went through the Drive-through to order food. We ordered our food and went to pay after paying we got our food but our food was not complete and we got something we didn’t ask for. We went in to correct the order, a girl was talking to us at first and we explained how we were missing two orders and she was explaining at first how the person probably didn’t hear the first two orders, but one of the male worker, if he’s a manager I don’t know but he had a really rude attitude towards us. He said we repeated your order two times at the drive through and when you paid. Nobody repeated any order when we paid but the man child kept trying to go back and forth with me acting unprofessional. Was he the one that repeated our order, just because you told someone to do something it doesn’t mean they did it. Wendy’s need to watch the type of people they make managers or supervisors because he had a really nasty and unprofessional attitude. A child with a bad attitude that’s how he was behaving, no type of leadership or whatsoever. If you want respect you need to treat other people with respect. It was very simple take the wrong order and replace it with the right order, we will pay but he felt like giving an attitude. Behaving like a child with a bad attitude , do better."

This is what happens when you visit a location outside of where you live…ordered through door dash & they forgot drink, thank god driver was willing to go back to get at restaurant…2nd issue bit into burger and low and behold it’s not well cooked! I instantly spit it out and threw away immediately! This location is clearly disorganized, rundown and not satisfactory! Be aware!"
