"My dad went here and they gave him and extremely hard time. He wanted to deposit a check, they told him the money wouldn’t be available overnight due to concerns of the check not clearing. Then my dad rated the experience 1 star. This was when the manger called my dad convincing him to change his low rating. The manger then said next time he should bring proof of funds. I want to to know how many people they ask for proof of funds? How many loyal customers banking here since 1994 do they do this too? This was going from one of my dads accounts to another. If you bring a check from your boss do you need to bring your bosses proof of funds? This is ridiculous I am so dissaponted to have learned about how my dad was treated here. Karina the teller GREAT, the manager however was the one suggesting that my dad had no funds in his account."

"Waited 30 minutes to get cash. It took the teller ~10 minutes to cash a check for the woman in front of me. I have never seen more than one teller at this high volume branch on Rockville Pike. Who ever manages this branch is incompetent."
