"I recently ordered two salads online from this Sweetgreen location on a quiet weeknight. The process was straightforward and the store itself presented a neat, well-lit appearance with large glass windows. However, the ambiance was somewhat unremarkable and lacked elements that would entice passersby to enter, which I think is important for a location with likely high overhead costs. The salads were delicious, although a bit too heavily dressed for my taste - next time, I'll request the dressing on the side. While the price may seem steep, the convenience factor is undeniable. The ease of ordering through the app and the swift, fresh preparation of my order upon pick-up were impressive. The menu variety has noticeably improved over time, which is a plus. I won't delve into the app's payment options as this review focuses on the store experience. The staff were efficient and polite, though I missed a more personal touch, like a simple greeting upon arrival. Despite this, I still prefer this location to the one in Reston. Overall, while there's room for improvement in creating a more inviting store atmosphere, the food quality and convenience make it a good choice for a quick, healthy meal."

"I ordered 2 BBQ chicken salads. The greens were fresh, but it had very small amounts of greens, toppings and hardly any chicken. It had 3 tortilla chips. The salad was very bland. This was not worth nearly $40 on Door Dash."

"Very disappointed and dissatisfied with service. When I showed up to pick up my order there was staff at the front and was waiting there 5 minutes someone came out, i saw 2 staff members joking around in the back. Once they notice me standing there they come out and tell me that They didn’t have 2 ingredients for both salads that I payed each 15$ for and was not reimbursed for it. I wasn’t offered a proper replacement or anything to sort the inconvenience. As I was leaving I asked is the bread I ordered was inside of the bag, then one staff told the bread should be inside of the salad but there was no bread inside of the salad. Then one staff asks the other did you put the bread in the order and she said the order has no bread. But I showed the receipt of the order and it clearly said it had bread, eventually they gave me bread out of a bag. Then when I got home one of my salads was missing the dressing. If the staff would’ve payed more attention to the order instead of fooling around in the back my money would’ve been well spent. Staff was careless at this location definitely not worth the 15$ for each salad"

"I ordered three bowls today and got home only to find a live bug crawling around in the bowl. Thank goodness I discovered it before I opened the bowl. I have been trying to directly contact the store to no success as I would like a full refund. This is very gross and there needs to be a health inspection done. Can someone please get in contact with me so this can be resolved. All 3 bowls remain untouched and can be returned."

"Despite the delicious salad, my experience at the restaurant was disappointing. When I entered, I found 10 employees behind the counter, none of whom greeted me or smiled. I stood in line for 5 minutes before someone finally came to assist me, as they seemed occupied with online orders. While I understand that it may be a new location with new staff, the management should be made aware of these issues. Welcoming gestures are very important in any business and walk-in customers should be prioritized, the staff should be trained accordingly. Good thing I wasn’t hangry!"
