"I absolutely love this place. This evening, I ordered a Spicy Deluxe Sandwich with fries and a Dr pepper. The food was exceptional today. Those workers back in the kitchen need a raise!! I have been going recently because the food has just been so good. It has always taken care of my hunger needs, but I can tell this place is getting even better!! Props to all the kind, amazing workers and cooks who are out there working hard. My kids beg me every weekend to go out to this place, so good!!"

"Been going to this Chick-Fil-A for a few years now. At one time it was a part of my weekly routine, but now I'll be hard pressed to return - even if nothing else in the area is open. This location only gets orders right about 50% of the time. When paying so much for fast food, one would hope that number would, at least, be higher. Their fries are almost always squishy and oily, not remotely crispy. Food comes out cold. Unsweet tea is a myth at this location. Entree salads and side salads come with old, wet lettuce. If they DO happen to remember to include all that you've paid for, it's usually a sad imitation of what other locations are able to offer every time. I've seen it mentioned in other reviews, but employees standing outside in harsh weather to take orders creates the opposite effect that the location is presumably intending. Why take orders with an iPad in the summer heat, rain and freezing cold when the drive through speakers work perfectly fine? It comes across as thoughtless rather than earnest. Often they'll ask cars to wait at the stop sign at the end of the line while they fulfil orders further behind in the line. If you get your food, it's likely you'll have to wait an extra few minutes to leave, as the path forward is blocked by others waiting on food. This does not make sense and creates feelings of palpable frustration. The employees are nice, but the systems in place by management, low quality food and the lack of proper order completion/quality assurance hold this location back in too many ways. Corporate-mandated politeness can only force me to overlook things for so long. There are many other examples of inconsistency here, but this review is already long enough to describe a sub-par fast food restaurant. Consider spending your money elsewhere. You will not get what you pay for at this location."

"I have eaten at this location approximately six times and all but one time have I actually received what I ordered. I asked for a 12 count chicken nugget meal large today and was informed at the order box they only had 5 and 8 count meals(which I’ve had this happen before). Another time I ordered a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese and the lady read it back exactly as I had ordered and all that I had received was a regular spicy chicken sandwich with pickles. So I ordered the 8 count meal upon opening the box there was only 3 actual nuggets and the rest were scraps. I love Chick-fil-A and have been to locations all over the US, however this one by far is the worst."

"Best Chick Chick-fil-A location I ever visit. Staff was prompt to take order. Food was very quick even though there was long line both at the counter and drive thru. Eating in experience was almost regular restaurent with lovely table set up. Family friendly with a little play ground for kids."
