"It was okay but deff not the best barbecue place I’ve had. Corn bread and coleslaw were really dry. They only have one barbecue sauce option which tastes like black pepper and vinegar. Mac n cheese was average."

"Carolina Brothers catered our wedding in October, and they were phenomenal. Not only is the food delicious, but we received many compliments from guests on the quality of service. They were polite, respectful, and accommodating to each of guests. Their food is some of the best BBQ around (you HAVE to get the cornbread!) and they were very affordable! The owner is very kind and willing to work with us to make our day incredible. 12/10 would have them cater for me again! It's also a great spot for lunch if you happen to be near Ashburn."

"Terrific Carolina style bbq! The pulled pork was tangy with great flavor. We also had the coleslaw, beans, and macaroni and cheese and we enjoyed it all. We will definitely be back when we visit the area again."

"Amazing pulled pork meal. Pork was tender and juicy with a pop of spice. Mouthwatering, time rendering bbq that won’t leave you hungry. Baked beans are deep and rich in flavor with some smokiness that follows. The potato salad has nice full chunks of potato but the sauce is creamy with a little crunch and let’s talk about the homemade apple pie? Cinnamon mouth watering goodness that makes you want to sit on your front porch sharing stories from the good ol days. You just can’t beat this place, plus the customer service is just as good as the food. First time customer that has turned into a repeat customer."
