"I ordered extra saucy 10 piece traditional wings and curly fries. The price was $24.74. The wings were overpriced and overcooked. By the way, when you charge your customers for extra saucy wings, you need put extra sauce on them. Barely any sauce and dry like the Mojave Desert. Blue cheese might have helped, but you forgot to put that in the bag too. Do us all a favor and read the order on the ticket that was attached to the to-go box. It’s not rocket science. All it takes is a little effort. Buffalo Wing Factory do better!"

"I sent my son to get wings and he had told me that the manager told him that if he had less then 10$ that he was going to kick him out of the store and started laughing but then he said he misheard him because he thought he had no money but actually had money to buy wings. First of all I have been a customer for the last 4 years and my son and I have never been treated like this at this restaurant. Second of all why would I sent my son with 10 dollars knowing that 10 dollars won’t get me any wings. Buffalo wing factory has to get better management because the manager shouldn’t be treating customers like this."

"This photo is of FIVE WINGS, which were $9. My soda was $4. Total with $2 tip was a little over $16, and I was hungry again after 10 minutes. $1 additional charge had I needed an additional serving of ranch (about 2 tablespoons), but I had leftover ranch because the wings were so small. I wanted to order the Fish and Chips, but they do not have Malt Vinegar. I asked for a side salad with my wings, but they do not have side salads. The server said I could order a regular salad for $17 and up, but all of their salads have corn, or avocado, or something else unusual. Yes, I'm picky with salad - give me lettuce, tomato, and maybe cucumber. I don't need all that other stuff. They simply refused to make a custom, normal side salad. Side of fries was $5. No thanks, I didn't roll up in there in my Bentley today. It was in the shop getting gold plated rims and 15 inch subs, but $5 is too much for a side of fries. I was in a party of 6. They got my order and one other person's order correct. 25% ain't bad, I suppose. One person asked 3 times for an extra $1 serving of ranch, before I asked the manager to bring him some. Another person's fries came out as we were getting ready to leave. When they brought our drinks, I went to the bar and got straws for all of us, because the server forgot. Two managers TRIED REALLY HARD to make up for the service, by helping out the server, which is why they are getting 2 stars instead of 1. I appreciate that, sincerely, but you can't plan to stay in business long with those prices and lack of attention to detail. Perhaps they were short staffed, but this was lunchtime, on a Friday. It is a nice place. Clean, and not crowded. Beautiful brick facade behind the counter in the foyer, and decent parking, but you know what they say about pigs and lipstick."
