"I am appalled that this is a chikfila. This restaurant chain has such an amazing reputation outside but this particular location is managed and run so bad?? The staff is unhygienic, unprofessional and rude, the food quantity is different from what's normally served at locations elsewhere although the prices are higher due to being in an airport. The staff looks like they have no professional training at all. Is this really a franchise or still owned by Chikfila?? If latter then needs to be fixed asap to avoid bad reputation."

"Never a long wait in person nor drive through. Staff is very professional polite. Food is always hot. No complaints from me. You have excellent customer service. Thank them. They work hard at what they do in dealing with the public."

"I never write bad reviews but the service at this ChikFilA was awful. This CFA was so uncharacteristically bad that it's an affront to the good lord's chicken. When we attempted to get further info on the status of our orders, the young man bagging the orders rolled his eyes and said it was coming. Queue the SpongeBob meme "30 minutes" later, except with no resolution. We ended up canceling our order as we weren't about to miss our flight no matter how good God's chicken is. Listen to the other folks that have posted their experience. There's a reason why this place is so poorly rated."

"Not your typical Chick fil A where service is on top ! Poor customer and extra slow service . Cashier was so confused and undertrained. My fries were over fried and in small pieces and my sandwich was cold . Overall, not worth the wait ."
