"The staff at this store is awesome!!! When you walk into this store, you are always greeted warmly. Then ,the next question is, can I help you find something .When you are checking out, you are asked, did you find everything that you were looking for?The pharmacy staff is also phenomenal I enjoy going to this pharmacy,and also shopping at CVS Springhouse ."

"The fax machine at this store does not work. The pharmacist told me it hasn’t worked since the store opened. All doctor offices sending prescriptions from their online systems to the fax machine are going no where and patients are not notified. Tonight I will not have my much needed post surgery medicine because my docor’s office is now closed and this CVS store is in a able of receiving much needed prescriptions. You would think CVS would be able to get the fax machine fixed or buy a new one (they and they probably sell in the store) or at least update their ordering contact info on the doctors system so patients can get their medicine. We are no longer living in the 80’s get with the times! It is a beautiful new store but with the fax issue along with yesterday’s system outage and pharmacist who have no solutions to help patients make me want to stay away."
