Rite Aid Pharmacy

"I have been going to Rite Aid for my prescriptions for years . They are helpful and you can feel at home there . They are very efficient . Cashiers are always friendly and you get greeted as you come in ."

"I like motives to the people that work there Carol's my favorite. She's the head pharmacist. I like the people however more recently some of the newer people are openly disrespectful, curse and seem annoyed Everytime you go in. Sometimes my prescriptions are not ready and I have to wait a few days for them to call remember when pharmacies used to call for you they don't do that anymore. I have chronic asthma and COPD God forbid if I need my asthma medicine which I have many times before the refill date and then I have to pay cash. Also, the last three times they did not have my asthma medicine filled so I had to go to the emergency room Mercy Fitzgerald this is three times now. When the head pharmacist is off oftentimes you're out of luck."

"This store looks very dirty and it is very unorganized. The pharmacy needs a better way to communicate with customers. They send emails stating it’s too early to fill prescription you question it and they find it was an error the email shouldn’t been sent. I know they are closing some Rite Aid’s and I think this store needs to be closed. Dirty Dirty"

"Clifton Heights Rite Aid - is the best store/pharmacy - hands down - from their products to their employees! I have never had an issue in all the years I have gone there!"

"Came here a few weeks ago and it’s a very nice rite aid, the people who work here a very nice and helpful. The store had a decent selection of products and all. My only complaint is that the store could’ve been more tidier for example the freezer were the ice cream was the ice cream wasn’t even stacked up and then there was also a bag of ice cream just thrown into the freezer too. But I would definitely come back again in the future if I’m ever in the area again."
