"Service and time has gone down in the past couple months. The time to get your food is incredibly slow waiting 25-35 minutes in the drive thru during busy hours. I don’t have any issues with the actual food which comes out well, just the wait times."
"This location has gotten worse since we have lived here. Literally just paid about $20 for two pieces of steak in an “extra steak” burrito, plus two wrong items in a 4 item order. Do not visit if you expect even a basic fast food experience, you’ll be disappointed."
"The absolute worst drive thru in Leesburg! Every time I have been, there is at least a 30-45 minute wait to use the drive thru. They also make you park the speaker from which you order until the food is ready. You are not allowed to pull up to the window to pay/pick up until they tell you to move."
"In general, the drive-thru service today was good but the drinks were out of syrup and so when they made my drink it was really watery but I chose not to take the time to make them remake it. But in the future don't give someone a drink like that, it's gross"
