"Wings are smaller than my fingers. The fries are cooked in sugar. The chicken sandwich is a decent deal. The boneless wings have grown to a more reasonable size. But bone in wings are $1.50 each and not meaty at all."

"I order a 10 of the classic. They told me it would take 20 mins. I sat back and watched dashers and other pick ups get their food for 30 something minutes until I received my food. Driving home the fries was warm and soggy when I got home and opened my chicken it was only 6 pieces. I ordered 10. Not satisfied. Would rate this experience a zero if I could."

"I went there today and ordered wings with mild sauce. They tried to convince me they put sauce in there but it looked dry and sauceless so i had to go buy my own sauce and put it on myself. They think we idiots. The left picture is what they gave me. The right picture is what i had to put on when i got home. Lazy cheap scammers working there. Buyer beware"

"Food is always good but this location sometimes has a hard time following instructions whether placed online or by phone. Today i decided to try the new chicken sandwich. I ordered it in Hot Honey (definitely my top 2 flavor. Please keep it on the menu) and when I say FLAVORFUL!!! BABY!!! Chicken was fresh and juicy. I asked for it well done. Will be ordering again soon to try other flavors"

"Visited the Germantown location of Germantown rd. I had purchased the same favored wings from the flower hill location that day and they were great. I put in my order at about 30 minutes to closing and to my surprise it was ready in 3 minutes. I was suspicious because that was too quick. To my surprise the wings were leftover or discarded wings that they may have thrown back in oil and give to me. The staff was a bunch of teenagers and all kinda had a grin on their faces. I started my order smiling and making joke because it was the end of the day and thought they may need a little laugh. Well, they definitely took advantage of my jolly personality and took things to the next level. The wings I ordered had no flavor, smells like they poured old grease on them, burnt and cold. Who know what else they did. This was the worse experience and I cannot trust my ordering from this place. I plan on taking this to the cooperate office. My stomach was upset the next day from just eating one. See my pics in this post."
