"AS A PRESIDENT OF A FORMER BANK AND A BANK EXAMINER I CAN TELL FROM MY EXPERIENCE THAT THIS IS A GREAT BANK AND BRANCH.THEY HAVE THE NICEST PEOPLE.THERE IS NEVER A LINE TO DO BANKING OR TALK TO SOMEONE.I DONOT UNDERSTAND WHY SOMEONE WOULD COMMENT THAT PEOPLE OF COLOR ARE NOT WELCOME HERE.THE MANAGER AND ASSISTANT ARE PEOPLE OF COLOR."

"Horrible bank… horrible people. Customer Service seems to be going downhill, especially around and after the pandemic. I get it, the bank is “losing” money but that’s not the customers’ fault. This bank will be stuck as a small bank… definitely no room to grow with the current mindsets that work here. There was also a recent post where one worker took a lady’s $90.85 check and locked it in a vault insinuating that the young lady stole the check. It was from her boss who verified that the check was indeed hers. I just understand how they are still open. I would not recommend this back at all. You could do far better for your money."

"How do you allow your tellers to continue working there after they discriminate a customer. Gayle was way out of line. As a business owner, if an employee of mine treated a customer like that she would be gone! Totally uncalled. Nobody even apologized to this poor girl, which is the least that shouldve been done. I will definitely be closing my account and going elsewhere."

"I would not recommend anybody who got a little pigment in their skin to not shop at this RACIST location. The tellers are extremely rude . I would recommend any black or Latin customers to pull their money out of this bank and go to a different bank. Bad business here. If your black expect to show 9 forms of Id and wait an hour for the manager to ask you 100 questions about why your cashing the check I’m sure this could be a good bank but unfortunately they have a racist teller named GAIL. Do not bank here people."
