"Very poor service I have been banking with this bank for many years way before it came Truist there is always somebody new their that is training I went in to the lobby to ask for some bank statements printed out I was told that you can go to someone's computer and download it and print it out I explained that's why I was at my bank to have them printed out for me because they stopped mailing statements to people then I was told I would have to pay $5 for a statement Im just going to check around and go open another account with another bank I don't have time for foolishnessthey do not care about there clients and there service is poor they don't even greet you when you walk in..."

After a few weeks, I tried to register my account online and found out that my account was closed because this branch did not submit my paper works on time. I was told to call a number to reactivate my account and then was told to visit this local branch to reopen an account. They mess up the first time, why should I do business with this local branch. No wonder they have poor rating."
