"Yes they approved me for a loan after being offered a loan at 14.5%. Called me and wanted me to come in and get it. I asked the interest rate and it automatically went up to over 18%. I asked why and they say that’s low compared to others. Not being hard up because they prey on people in need with low credit I naturally declined. They bait you with false emails of lower interest then jack it up and tell you they go no lower then 18% after jacking points from your credit score. The woman I talked to I won’t mention no names because she is on other one star ratings told me if I want lower interest go somewhere else lol. That’s the professionalism you get at high interest loan sharks. Thanks for the advice Lady. And save your reply saying I can contact the office. You people are trained to use the credit report excuse but mine was almost 750. So please save the stuff that your company tells people. Next suit will be for the Bait and Switch emails you send out. Yes I have plenty of photos. Use your head when applying here people."

"Choose any location but Lavale! Worked with a “Maria”, who couldn’t get my income right. First she had my biweekly as my monthly, then after receiving my pay stubs she could not “wrap her brain around” my using an app to withdrawal money from my paycheck on my off pay week. While she was looking at it i tried to explain that she needed to add my net pay check and that amount together, said the system wouldn’t let her do it. She was then confused as to how i made $$,$$$ since starting in August? I’ve worked all year, not sure how she got August? So she “kicked it upstairs” to have the “girls” “double check” her. Shorted our income by a 1000 dollars monthly. Wouldn’t waste my time with them or her."
