"Inconsistency We came here since 2019 and since this place is walking distance from our house, we did take out often enough. These past couple of years the take out experience has been horrible, I had to take a break couple of times to see are they changing the chef or what. The last two take out was dissapointing. First the taste change, takoyaki taste sour thought it taste almost gone bad or something probably from the sauce. Second time it was wayyyy too spicy, we couldnt eat it and wasting $50++ on their food. I know spicy is more on the person preference BUT we are asian, eating spicy food everyday, used to order thai spicy level from other place and this one was unedible. We even reseasoning the fried rice and still sooo spicy. Complained to their main bonchon email customer service both times, no response."

"I do not typically post review, but this specific restaurant deserves one! it is the rudest customer service AF Bonchon we’ve ever been to! We usually go to Anne Arundel and or Towson to get our chicken but last night since we attended a party nearby we tried this location.We just decided to get our orders to go and spent $80 + and my husband asked if we can wait in the corner booth while waiting since they didnt have a waiting area for to go customer, one lady said it is okay so we sat in the corner booth since it is too cold outside. We just waited for few minutes and this one dude! Approached us and said, are you just waiting your orders? And my husband said yes. The dude said, can you just wait outside because we have “customers” now! And treated us as if we are not customers that just freaking spent $80 with tips! we could have easily dine so it will take longer but we decided not to. He just approached us so rudely instead of bussing lots of tables that are already available! And could have waited for 20 seconds before acting as a jerk to us walk in customers who paid $$$ and tips, because our order came out, we waited for 20 minutes… Will never ever gonna go to this freaking place!"

"Food of the Gods. I stay away from the raddish whatever salad. Friend rice is ok but the chicken with garlic soy sauce is the bomb for me."

"Must be a hit or miss with this place. I’ve eaten here several times prior and the food was pretty good. Today I ordered a family meal for dinner, half soy and half plain for pick up. Spent a little over $50. I arrived home and discovered the chicken was absolutely horrendous! There was NO SEASONING on the chicken and there was no difference in taste in the plain or soy. It just all tasted like old chicken grease. The chicken legs were extremely hard as well. The manager did offer a full refund by way of the cashier(he didn’t get on the phone and actually speak to me). The cashier offered a sincere apology which was appreciated. But I still have to go back out and get an edible meal for the family! The quality of the food was bad overall. Extremely disappointing experience."

"When you have enough of thanksgivings food, this is the right place to treat and awaken your taste bud again! Wait time starts from 20 mins and may go longer during weekends nights or another special occasions. As long as you have a seat, you can wait comfortably and have enough space with tables or customers next to you. We were there on weekdays, and the wait time still around 25+ minutes. 5 Stars for comfortable dining out experience, safety precautions for the customers. Once you put your order in, be prepared for another level of fried chicken! 5 Stars for juicy and crunchy fried chicken, if you like spicy their spicy level will knock you out at first but you'll be craving for more and more! Must order their coleslaw as sides, their coleslaw mix taste very delicious, very fresh and different from other coleslaw we knew. Our order details: Medium combo half and half chicken, 5 drumsticks and 10 wings with coleslaw as side. Korean taco with spicy chicken. This one is a must try item! Steam rice. Our lil one enjoys 2 fried chicken and still licking for more after finishing the meal. **for restaurant, please continuously checking on the restrooms cleanliness and fill out for soaps if possible. You're doing amazing job!"
