Wendy's

"Ordered on door dash. Morons can’t read a freaking screen that calls for honey mustard. I got ice cold food. Cheese ain’t even melted on my fry’s. Chicken nuggets feel like they’ve been sitting in the open for 45+ minutes, frys are ice cold. Everything about my order is an absolute joke. I’d say about as much as the ones working who can’t read a screen. Pathetic and y’all want 18+ an hour!? Gtfo."

"Idk whether to rate the app or the poor service at the restaurant. I'm a first time app user and downloaded it just for National Bacon day to take advantage of the jr bacon cheeseburger. I had asked for one at the end of our order just before handing her my phone to scan. When I noticed it wasnt included in our order, I went to inform the lady who had served me. And she claimed I never said anything about it. My teenager daughter heard differently, so at least I can find comfort in knowing I'm not crazy."

"Was told to pull ahead and wait because our food wasn't ready only to get home a 10 min drive and everything was stale. So we waited just to get old a$$ food. Hard buns, stale fries and old chicken nuggets. At least our drinks were good"

"This place sucks. Service sucks. Just stood there wouldn’t take my order. I left and then called in to talk to the manager and he tried to say they were busy. They had two cars in drive thru and one person inside beside myself and one other person. Still she was just standing there for a place being so busy with no one doing anything none of the employees even looked slightly professional or clean. Don’t eat here they suck!! Someone needs to be honest about these places and stop putting lies down. Wendy’s in Hanover service sucks. Manager was very disrespectful about the whole phone call even hung up on me when I was just making aware I know they weren’t busy"

"I don't usually go to Wendy's, but I was picking up food for 4 people. The order was done correctly, except for there was no ketchup that I asked for. It was a little on the long side waiting, it's in a congested shopping center. The price was a little above average. 2 people wanted grilled chicken sandwiches, and they said they didn't have them anymore. I had to get them chicken wraps, but they said they were very good. I got a bacon cheeseburger, and it looked like someone sat on it, and it was small and just not the best. The staff was polite and friendly and doing the best they can. I ordered my husband a large frosty and it looked very small to me. On average, over all, it was ok, but not the best."
