"I placed my order, knowing that it would be delivered in an hour. When it arrived, everything was barely warm. Everything needed to go in the air fryer. Cheese sticks were hard. Wings were less then room temperature. After another 20 minutes we were finally able to eat. I tried calling the restaurant several times, and the phone was busy. Once heated up everything taste fine."
"I could create a very long list of problems we had during our first and only visit to Divinos. We will not be back. The service was horrible. We barley saw our server. I watched servers give many guest attitudes. The food was terrible. All the food came in increments and the quality got worse by item. I do not know how I have heard such great things. Disappointed is an understatement."
"So we have tried Divino's 4 times and 3 out of 4 times it was a horrible experience. The first time we went the service was extremely slow and when we were finally served, we were given frozen mozzarella sticks and when we asked for them to be cooked more they came back burnt. Our most recent visit had us waiting for our food for no less than 20 minutes. We ordered Maryland Crab, Cream of Crab, Beer Battered Shrimp, Fries, and Pizza. It was all delivered at the same time and the only thing that was warm was the pizza. The soup was so cold that a film had developed. Needless to say, we will not be returning."
"Can you believe THIS is what was delivered to my front door? I'd challenge anyone to find a pizza like this in your hometown, let alone hanover pennsylvania! Without a doubt the best pizza anywhere! Better then expensive boardwalk pizza!"
