"Great experience! I contacted Kayla yesterday at 3:30pm asking her if she had any availability for a highlight and cut before a baby shower I was attending at 2pm the next day.. (I know.. way to plan!) but Kayla made it work! She was careful to still make me feel important while asking if I minded coming in while she had another client so she could do both of us at the same time and still have me done in time for the shower I had to be at!
