"This review is about the salon, specifically Christina. I had the regrowth situation of your nightmares and was about to start a new high profile job in three days when I poured through the reviews of all the Ulta salons within a 50 mile radius looking for someone I thought best capable to tackle it. I landed on Christina, the master stylist here. When I showed up on Tuesday, she spent half an hour talking to me about my hair’s very specific needs and then asked if I’d be willing to come back two days later so she could dedicate more time than my booked service allowed. So I showed up Thursday and she spent about four hours meticulously foiling, repairing, toning, and delicately lightening my hair to a degree I dreamed of but thought impossible . Please look at the photos to see the miracle she worked on my hair. She also found the cause of my biggest and most damaging hair problem, which was causing me quite a bit of grief, and recommended me several products she swears by, that were sold at Ulta and affordably priced. It never felt like an upsell or commission; I could tell she was genuinely concerned for my hair. She even teared up when talking about how much she loves to help people via lasting and effective haircare. Best salon visit of my life and it was at the MOST important time.
