"I travel for work and have to eat lunch on the go. I went through the drive thru to order a sandwich. The sandwich I received was so messy and wasn't cut at all. So I was given a full 12" sandwich. Under the circumstances I wasn't able to eat it until I got home which was an hour later. Was very disappointed in my $18 lunch..."

"We placed an order through the app and due to bad signal, it was placed for ASAP, and we were still an hour and a half away. I called and spoke with the staff to make them aware, and they indicated that it was already started and that we could use the microwave to warm it up. They did agree to waiting for our arrival before starting the drinks. When we got to the store, they started our order so it would be fresh. What a wonderful staff and highly rated customer service!! Thank you all!"

"They can not get my order right to save their life. Over a dozen times wrong. Once they forgot to give me my slushy so I got in line and drove all the way around an additional 20 minutes and they tried to tell me it was supposed to be a pure liquid. Just mediocre employees every time. I guess everyone's in the same situation. The baguettes her as small as a general now. I literally don't have a tablespoon of dressing in my cup for my salad anymore. And I've been understanding every time they're out of an ingredient."

"Food is overpriced for what you get now. Portions are tiny and the quality has significantly decreased since the last time I went years ago, and I used to go often. It wasn't even that busy, and the eating area was really dirty. Not what you'd expect at Panera. Booths have crusted stuff all over the fabric where you put your back. Carpets look like they have never been cleaned. Cashier told us drinks were included and then charged us for them which ended up adding $10 more dollars to our already overpriced food. Panera used to be good, but corporations are greedy and just try to fool the consumer into buying overpriced garbage. I don't usually do reviews, but I was so disappointed and won't be eating there ever again."
