"My husband waited for our order over 10 mins at drive-thru. Went inside & asked about order. It was obvious they forgot but didn't acknowledge what was happening & no apology. He waited another 5 mins with still no word on the order. He left because he was so angry. I went back & spoke with the manager who was rude & only making excuses that he can't control how long it takes for the chicken to cook. I worked in fast food. It doesn't take 15 mins to cook chicken. Never apologized for the wait or forgetting about our order, which would've helped the situation. Then when I got home realized some over our order was missing. Will never go back"

"Was here two days ago. The cashier, Jaycee, incorrectly rang up my order, which cost me an extra $7 or so. I asked her to refund and re-ring it so that I could get the difference back. She spoke to her manager, who apparently said they do not do refunds at this location. That doesn't seem accurate, and seems more like a lazy person not wanting to do something. To top it off, our bacon cheeseburger had no bacon. Oh, and we were given an extra, unordered hamburger. As we sat down, Jaycee greeted us, apologizing that they had misplaced this hamburger into our tray, and she needed to take it back so she could give it to the proper customer. I don't even know how that begins to be appropriate? I contacted Wendycares, or whatever the website is that does surveys, and asked for a phone call to explain why this is all inexcusable, and have not heard back. This was my first trip to Wendy's in probably 3-5 years, and served as a reminder as to why I'm better off going to any other fast food restaurant."

"The restaurant was busy but the line moved quickly. The employees were friendly and polite. Their area was clean and bright. The Whopper was hot and delicious."

"I would just take the extra minutes and go to the one in falconer. They forgot toppings on my sandwich. The bacon is burnt and so was my baked potato. The cheese looked and tasted gross. There was a hair in my food. None of the food tasted right. Very disappointed. The worst part is that they weren’t busy. No excuse for it."
