Olive Garden Italian Restaurant 891 Foxcroft Avenue, Martinsburg, WV 25401

"We sat for an hour after ordering our food watching as old tables who came in after us get their food, the manager looked into it out comes our food and it’s cold so we send it back and they deducted the entrees but refused to remove the add ons that came with entrees that we didn’t eat. We have never had a good experience except for once as our server was a veteran and appreciated my service, and made sure to take extra good care of us. It’s always something either the food or the servers that is the problem and the managers do not seem to care about the problems"

"Realistically: The food is mediocre at best. Our waiter was great and the atmosphere has you feeling like you have to whisper so you don't disturb the others. One of the staff literally apologized for using the floor cleaner (rolling vacuum) because it was "too noisy". Overall: I'd rather make my own food because as the confidence boost went: "yours is better" :) So I did get SOMETHING out of it!"

"This place is great for sharing family time. It's quiet and has a good atmosphere. The host and servers are young people and they are great, kind, attentive and very patient with kids. The food is good and very on time."

"I went here tonight and had an amazing experience. Got cheese ravioli with meat sauce that was served much faster than I expected, it was hot and tasted great. Brooke was my server, and I can say she made the whole experience a 5/5. I’ve been here a handful of times and she is the best server I’ve had. Very tentative but not in an annoying manner. She made sure I was taken care of and for that I thank her. I hope the management recognizes good employees because she deserves it! Thank you Brooke!"

"The food was good. It is an Olive Garden, so what can I say. Service was good, Amber did a wonderful job. It was prom night, saw a lot of pretty dresses."
