"Not very good there is no walk in service in Ithaca NY . 3 major colleges and major industry and Allstate can't fund an office here at least a few days a week. I am 67 I used Allstate because I could walk in and talk to an agent not fiddle with a phone or deal with online. I am not saying the insurance itself is bad. But having to deal with an agent online or by phone is a little disturbing. If something does happen at my home I would like to be able to walk into an office to discuss my options or if there is an accident I would like to see an agent show up . Not deal with online or by phone . However at this point I will still stay with Allstate only because my Brother still reccommends your better then some of the other options available. I realize its not your agencies fault that that the Allstate agent in Ithaca left. However it is Allstate Corprate fault for not replacing or providing a local office I have also bumped into several people here in ithaca who are disgruntled about no local agent."

"Adam is wonderful on the phone, until I really needed to talk with him. I felt so let down because the whole process of how to go about repairing wind damage wasn't explained to me. When I hear from Adam that I am 100% covered , less my deductible, I was elated. Imagine how it would feel to find out an adjustor first has to approve the work to be done. And Adam is no longer available to talk. Trust is gone."
