"Had a flat tire few hours before checking out of the hotel and getting ready for a 3 h drive. Last thing you need before long drive home. I tried 2 other businesses who told me they take by appointment only and that I can wait if I wanted to . When I asked how long I’d have to wait , they said at least a couple of hours . A couple of hours to patch a tire ? But Charlie at Mr Tire was extremely helpful and accommodating. His entire crew was professional and delivered excellent service. Thank you !"
"Was very easy to make an appointment. Dropped my car off before I was out of town and it was ready before I returned. I was quoted for the parts and work, not pressured into fixings other things than what I called about. Staff was knowledgeable and polite. Service was efficient and lobby was clean. Would recommend to family and friends."

"I ordered two tires from this shop and was given a price of $650. Not being familiar with prices, I agreed and paid $200 deposit from my credit card. 10 minutes later I found that the same tires I can have for $400 from a different shop and cancelled the deal with MrTire. Nevertheless money were taken off my credit card. I think eventually I will get money back, but I want to share this experience with other customers"
