"I've visit this location for the first and last time. I placed an online order at approximately 6:39 PM. The app told me my order would be ready for pick up at 6:45 PM. I attempt to go to the lobby to find out that the lobby is closed at this establishment. I then went through the drive thru and I was told by an employee they need 10 more minutes to complete my order and to park and they would bring it out to me. The time is 7:05 PM and I still haven't received my order. I went through the drive thru again and the employee was very rude and stated they don't have any dark meat. I then asked the employee I'll gladly accept another type of meat.. Overall, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my food. It's hard to determine how long they would of had me wait if I didn't check on it. Thanks for this warm welcoming!"
