"Delivery - pizza was delivered in the alloted time frame they specified. Pizza was hot and fresh. Driver was friendly, professional and courteous. I tried the Shaq pizza, definitely lived up to the commercials."

"The food quality I've received from this location through numerous orders over the past year has just become awful! When I receive my orders they are often missing items and/or made completely incorrectly! When contacting the store about these issues they give the consistent impression they couldn't care less! My order last week was the final straw for me. After waiting for my order to be delivered for almost 2 hours, I received it incomplete via a Door Dash delivery driver, not a Papa John's driver, completely ice cold, absolutely gross in appearance and the seals on all 7 of the items I did receive were torn open! The driver told me he couldn't help me regarding the missing items because he doesn't work for them. I had no idea they used Door Dash drivers and weren't using their own drivers, but apparently they are now in a "partnership" to do so. The manager was completely rude and didn't see a problem with items missing, the food being cold or the fact that all of the seals on my order had been broken meaning they had been opened after being closed by the store. I was told the "partnership" doesn't give them any control over the order once it's picked up but Door Dash says it's not in their control either. If they have a "partnership" with them then they should care about the service provided to their customers on their behalf. Had I known when placing the order they were using another service for delivery I wouldn't have done it to begin with, there was no mention on the website or when I placed the order. The other issues on top of that and all the numerous chances I've given this location made that the last chance I would ever give this location."

"1st order from grubhub. Wanted to try the parmesan papadia. Expected a geat salty parmesan taste. Nope, it was nasty. It tasted like a dirty oven, no parm flavor just yucky old grease, cooked dusty taste. The outer crust edge was rock hard, couldn't bite it. Even the garlic butter dipping sauce didn't help. Won't make that mistake again."
