"I now do 90% of my food shopping here but this store is getting like the local Redner's with their trickery in pricing and placement of products that are and are not on sale. If the deception continues, I will drive extra miles to Wegman's or Weis Markets. Giant had a tradition for fair and straightforward pricing. Honest mistakes are acceptable, deception is not! Clerks used to tell you when you were just a little short of spending the required amount for discounts (For example, your total might be $49.05 when $50 is required). Now I discover it when I get home and check my receipt and realize I did not get the extra gas points. Plus, they keep the coupon? This has happened more than once so I spend less and I don't bother with the coupon. Some of the long-service clerks continue to be customer oriented."
