"Dr. Cyndi Nguyen is the absolute best. She should be the benchmark for doctors in any medical field. She is extremely caring and a true professional. When I needed a solution for my failing bottom teeth, I consulted with Dr. Nguyen several times before deciding on getting a full implanted arch across 5 implants (All-on-X). Dr. Nguyen answered every question and concern I had, and really put me at ease. I have extreme dental anxiety, and Dr. Nguyen was very caring and gentle, and made me very confident that I was in good hands. The procedure went perfect, and I am extremely happy with my final implant. Dr. Nguyen calls you later that evening when you have your surgery, to check up on you. You can even text her with questions, which I did on the weekend one time during my followup phase. What doctor does that! All of her staff is wonderful and very attentive, but I want to make special mention of the dental tech Jen. She handled all of my followup visits, taking x rays, giving me tips on cleaning my implant, and answering my questions. She is just a wonderful person. If you need the services of an Oral Surgeon, please, please, please, talk to Dr. Nguyen. She deserves the accolades and great reviews she gets. I was at a time in my life where I needed serious help for my dental situation. Dr. Nguyen was there for me, and handled it all perfectly. She is a true angel."

"This is my first ever (spontaneous) review on Google because I truly feel that Dr. Nguyen and team deserve the 5 stars! After years of searching and 10+ different dentist visits, I want to say I finally found the best dentist in Philadelphia! Dr. Nguyen and team were so confident, professional, and compassionate. She was the first dentist who did not scare me with all the potential risks for my very challenging wisdom tooth removal procedure, but instead promised me with 100% confidence, giving me the courage to get it removed after 6 years of procrastination due to fears. More importantly, they were able to offer appointments as quickly as within the same week! I was surprised after months of waiting at other dental offices. Another thing I liked during initial consultation was that they showed me self-made videos explaining everything instead of pages of documents to read. I was told it had to be done with deep sedation, and I was given 5 different medications to start taking from the day before surgery. After googling and asking about other people’s experiences with deep sedation dental surgeries, my anxiety surged, and I called the office 3-4 times pre-surgery asking a million of questions, and they addressed all my concerns in a timely and professional manner. (I also love the office decorations - very artistic!) They started my surgery right on time, not even a minute late. I was put to sleep for an hour and did not feel anything. They took my blood for serum separation and injected to help with my bone growth. They covered me with comfortable blanket, and the assistant sent me right to my Uber on a wheelchair after surgery. I was fully awake in an hour after. Now is 38 hours post surgery, and I had experienced ZERO PAIN without having to take any pain medications! The swelling is minimum as well. I do not see or feel a big hole either. My lower lip was back to normal in 6 hours! I am so impressed because I had a much less challenging wisdom tooth removed before by a different dentist, and I suffered great pains and severe headaches for 3 weeks after, leading to ER visit. If I had met her earlier, I would not have let this remaining wisdom tooth bother me for the past 6 years. They also accepted my insurance, and the costs are acceptable. Thank you for being one of the few female dentists in Philly and a true role model in the field!"
