"They need to train there employees better ..cause they don't have a clue I felt bad cause this one girl and dude just started it was there 3 day they didn't have a clue where stuff was it seemed when they asked for help they were just looked at they had to figure it out and last every employee has different rules like we don't give refill s on to go order s on drink s that's bull .they charge all different prices I get the same thing every time I go and it's a different price one day it will be 73 dollars in the morning go back the next night it's only 48 dollars for the same order .not to mention there charging u 20 percent on to go orders which is not fare if u are going to do that then u need to charge 20 percent on eat in orders cause I see many people that don't leave tips . And no one seems to understand but two cooks that are there what a double eggs sandwich is over medium...I always ask for a egg sandwich with double eggs on each sandwich over medium on white bread ...I been going there for years and in the last 6 months it's gotten bad .they change employees like crazy ."

"It's a very busy location. However, our last visit wasn't the best. The waffle was extremely thin and the food quality overall just wasn't very good. My wife had to send her food back once because the eggs were incorrectly done. Customer service was good but just like any other waffle House it's very busy."

"So going to Waffle House for the best waffles around isn't new but....ordering a biscuit instead of toast for me, IS! WOW! They take a Biscuit, butter and put it on the flat top grill face down to toast it..AMAZING! Takes like a toasted biscuit and an English Muffin combined! Even tho their All Star breakfast continues to raise in price ($11 now) is still a good deal for all you get. Eggs, bacon/sausage or city ham, hashbrowns, 1 waffle and be sure to ask for the biscuit."

"The good food and service I have come to expect from this chain. Over the past 50+ years I have eaten at many locations in the states of MD, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, and FL. As a diabetic I should not eat some of their food, but there are plenty of things on the menu that I CAN eat - and they have sugar-free pancake syrup! The coffee is good and always available. The menu has good variety and appears to be consistent across the chain. Most locations have sugar-free pancake syrup available (important for diabetics.) While the food is uniformly good, customer service can be a little off, especially when new hires are being trained. I also like the corporation's policy of helping as much as possible after natural disasters."

"We had not been to this Waffle House before. We loved it! The staff and especially our server were super attentive & friendly. I wish i caught her name, she was just lovely! (She is the girl in the blue hoodie and the ponytail in the pic). Food was prepared perfectly and super fast! We decided we liked it better than cracker barrel and ihop, so we will be back!"
