"I had wait over an hour to see the dentist and get my XRays then I was asked to wait an unknown amount of time to have a cleaning done. I was told the person that came in after me was having their cleaning done and I would have to wait. The staff was rude. The music was nice but it was still my worst dental experience."

"Extremely unprofessional staff by name Nicole. After a few calls trying to make my first appointment, I realized this person simply doesn’t like where she works. Despite trying to reflect some courtesy and patience, this lady treated me each time I called with upmost rudeness and attitude. Perhaps her behavior is not a reflection of the overall quality of the office- but in any case is unnecessary to deal with such bad approach to customers when there are options. No one needs the negativity even once every six months. No, thank you. Nicole you should consider a new job if you are so unhappy there, don’t take it out on the patient."

"That was the most pleasant dentist appointment I've ever had. It's a super small practice with just the one hygienist, one receptionist, and Dr. Dodd, but they all made me feel very comfortable. I don't know why some people have said that the receptionist is mean or that Dr. Dodd has terrible bedside manner. That was not my experience at all. They all seem very competent, and I trusted them right off the bat despite this being my first visit. I can see them being open and frank with you about any results or issues with insurance, but I appreciate that directness and level of clarity. The office was also really neat (both in organization and in decorations). Dr. Dodd used to own an art gallery and now some of the pieces are on display in the office. I felt like I was in an art gallery not a dentist chair. I have never before been compelled to write a review before, but I wanted to speak out against the overwhelming number of negative reviews that had me very nervous before I went. I don't know what those reviewers were expecting, but this practice has been the best one that I've gone to in my life. I'm actually looking forward to my next 6 month cleaning. Oh and to further demonstrate how wonderful they were, I left knowing that I will likely need a root canal but I still had an overwhelmingly positive experience despite the terrible news."

"Ive been going here for years and only one time I didn't like the hygentist. I really like it. I go at lunch and I can get my teeth cleaned and be back in my office in an hour. Ive never had to wait. I think their great here. The music is somewhat loud but it has never bothered me. I like their choice of music."

"I went there for an early morning appointment in July 2013. Unfortunately, the staff didn't feel it was important to show up on time so I ended up waiting 15 minutes until they arrived to open up. Two people showed up at the same time. Then after filling out way too much paperwork (it was my first visit), they finally took me for my cleaning. They wanted to do X-Rays which I declined as I wasn't sure when my last set were taken and did not want to have to pay if they were too soon within the plan benefits. I filled out a card for my next visit. Well 14 months later I realize they never sent me the reminder card. My bad, I guess. I should have entered it in my calendar. I'm giving them one more chance, appointment tomorrow 10/8/14. We'll see how it goes but I suspect I'll be looking for another dentist."
