"While I think Dr. Goldberg is a satisfactory dentist, his support staff is so atrocious that I will now be finding another dentist. Also, I arrived at my six month appointment to find out AFTER my cleaning and x-rays that Dr. Goldberg was not in today! They told me it was his policy not to inform his patients that he was not going to be in and that instead I could make a second appointment to see and discuss my teeth health with him. The support staff has been consistently unprofessional to me and my colleagues, that this was the last straw."

"This dentist office is the absolute WORSE...stay away. They have no concept of time and my mother has been waiting for her dentures for OVER A MONTH. This is utterly unacceptable. They continue to give her untruths about the status of the dentures and also told her the lab was on vacation for a week which also created a delay. 1) how does an entire lab go on vacation??? 2) why would you tell your patient this information when they are in need of their teeth so that they can resume regular life and activities. It's been 6 weeks and still no dentures and piss poor communication from the dentist office. I've encouraged her to go else where, but for some reason she's giving this place a chance. I CANNOT tolerate this treatment. They are taking advantage of retired low income patients...taking their money and not delivering a product TIMELY. Give her a refund of monies she's paid so she can go someplace and get real service. This is a shameful."
