"Twice this place has billed me for meds I didn't get. Today I show up to pickup medicine which was supposed to be ready yesterday and they stare at me like I have 2 heads. I wait 30 minutes to get my order. I ask what took so long and I was told there was a line out the door and they didn't have time. There had only been one other customer there for 15 minutes. The whole watch (and can hear every word) of 4 women behind the counter gossiping and doing nothing. Why aren't they focused on their work? I am about done trusting these people with my life."

"Got a call from a real person yesterday telling me 2 out of 3 of my prescriptions (that I get every months and have for years) needed to be ordered, but I could come in after 2 today to pick them up. I gave them an extra hour and arrived at 3 p.m. Nope, still not ready. I was told I could wait and they would be ready in 20 minutes. Well that 20 turned into 45 minutes. I would have left had I not been without my meds already for a day. This isn't the first time this has happened, and while I was waiting, for meds that I was completely OUT of, I witnessed the same thing happen to several other people...all elderly...The most disturbing was an elderly woman with a walker who came in on the bus. Same thing,.,,,she was told they were ready and took the bus there, but they weren't and she couldn't wait for her BREATHING medicine. Oh well, maybe she'll live....wow!! So I understand things happen, but I was essentially lied too twice. Once when I was told my meds would be ready, and again when I was told 20 minutes when it was 45 minutes. I won't be back!!"
