"Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely horrendous customer service. We went to the walk in for an emergency for my 4 year old and they sent a prescription into the Pharmacy. Got to the pharmacy down the hall and was told it was going to be a few moments, they were filling the prescription. Forty minutes later still wasn’t called up so I went back up to the counter and was told it’s still not done and then was told they actually don’t have the medicine and i needed to go to Lourdes hospital instead. I asked to have it sent to CVS instead and was told it would take me longer to go to cvs instead of going to the hospital. I again asked to have it sent where I asked and the Pharmacist told me to stop arguing with her. She said CVS in target does not answer phone and she didn’t want to call there. Finally she called and then target calls me 5 minutes later and says they have filled my prescription. Absolutely worst pharmacy customer service I’ve ever dealt with, having an employee yell at you and tell you where you must go to get a prescription that they took an hour to tell me they didn’t even have."

"The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I like the weekend hours. However ... There are two things I'm not comfortable with: 1) there is absolutely no privacy. You have to state your name, DOB, address, etc and discuss/ask questions with the staff in front of everyone else in line (who of course are listening; what else is there to do while waiting for your turn!? And 2) if you are waiting in the lobby for your rx to be filled, not only are the pharmacists yelling out your name in front of everyone when it is ready, but it is extremely difficult to understand what they are yelling. I have sat there longer than I needed to because I didn't think my name was being called. The lobby can by busy and loud and the pharmacists are behind a glass wall. But regardless, I don't want my name yelled out in front of people. Text me or give me a pager please."

"I get a controlled substance here and Lourdes is very very paternalistic with their policies on CS’s. I last filled mine on the May 10th, and I’m coming back on June 11th and they’re telling me it’s too early for a med I take every day; I have to pick it up tomorrow. Their reasoning is because I actually picked up the med on May 12th and it had to be a full 31 days since last rx was picked up. CVS used to let me pick up after 28 days. Plus they only gave me 30 days medicine and took my last one this morning! This is ridiculous and kind of insulting, insinuating that I’m doing something nefarious. Not to mention, they are slow slow slow and have bad hours. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the commercial pharmacies. Can’t wait to see their canned response, “we’re sorry to see that you were upset with our service. We here at Lourdes strive …”"
