"The store has gone terribly downhill in the last 3-4 months. Cosmetics are never stocked. In order to even use my Carepass coupons I’m forced to go to Shickshinny or Bloom. Much of the staff acts like you’re an interruption to their day if you need help. The pharmacy has the most staff I’ve ever seen at any retail pharmacy, yet takes FOREVER in-store and at the drive-thru. What’s worse is they refuse to even acknowledge your presence until they’re ready to call you to the counter, choosing instead to talk amongst themselves about personal things. If I had an excess of money to drive further to get my prescriptions anywhere else that had a program like Carepass, I would."
