"First time ever I shopped at a Giant and my gas points weren't on my receipt. I bought over $12 of general Mills cereals per the ad which was supposed to give me 20 times the bonus points. No clue if that happened. Come back on a day to see was all the employee could tell me. That's just wrong. Other than that this is a great store and I love shopping here"

"I have been using pharmacies for 15 years and for the most part I never had a problem. I've gone to this pharmacy twice this year and both experiences have been absolutely horrific. Both times I have gone I had to stand in front of the counter for 5 minutes while the employees blatantly ignored me until another customer got in line behind me. This time a giant employee walked right in front of me and two of the pharmacists chatted with her and were laughing while I stood there and watched, not being waited on. The two times I filed my prescription I was told what time my medication would be ready and they were late both times, by at least a half an hour each. The one pharmacist named Kathi was incredibly rude and demeaning to me on both occasions. She carries herself and talks to her customers like they're ignorant children and she's a genius. It is incomprehensible how she still has a job with how awful she treats her customers. I will NEVER go to this pharmacy again and if I could give it negative stars, I would."

"I was so upset AGAIN with this store tonight. I stopped by before 6:00pm tonight and the Service desk was closed. I can see doing that after 9-10:00 at night but I made a special trip there and very upset- I won’t be going to this store again"

"I go to Giants really just for the meats. But obviously they have just about everything. Never could get out with just what I go there for. But the meats are all ways stocked and you can always find a good deal, like today I found a rib eye steak a big one for just $9.00 bucks and some change. You can't find that any where else."
