"I had a UPS driver miss a return on the porch, but s/ he left a label. It was Saturday, 2/3/23. Martella's is a close drop off point in Windber. I got to the store at 1PM. The woman was kind and helpful. I will use this as a drop off point for Amazon from here on out. It was a true relief to get that package somewhere to pick up. Thank you Martella's!"

"Not happy the people at the window are not very nice. Never smile never say have a nice day and they give dirty looks. I just noticed that my medication capsules are not filled appropriately and think they have been skimming. I have decided to leave them after years of loyalty and go back to giant eagle. "Martellas is a wonderful pharmacy. My favorite part besides the knowledge of the staff , and the many different items you can buy in the store including essential oils is the Free Pill Delivery!! Anytime you have a refill ready or your Dr calls in a med they will deliver it to your home free of charge. They have always done this ( it's not a covid thing ) it's just one of the many benefits of being a Martella's Customer. Bob and the others are just really friendly helpful people that treat you like a person not a number, and you don't have to wait for a long time for your scripts to get done if you decide to bring them , and wait."
