"This place was great years ago when I started going but has gone downhill over the last several years. It started with several reschedules on their end. fine. Then getting a crown was a mess. Communication with the billing people was slow and confusing and the crown itself caused severe pain for a while afterwards. I eventually needed a root canal thru the crown (which was done at a different place and hurt less than getting the crown) and the endodontist was like of course you have pain the surface of the crown was placed directly on top of your root. Since then, cleanings have been meh (last time VERY messy.. water all over me and the floor). Lots of staff turnover a few years ago. Most recently I got a bill for $86 that just said “balance forward” and no response to my email questioning it. I assume it is from the crown work but back then I had eventually worked the charges out with their billing people and was told I didn’t owe anything else, and was even provided a $76 refund for overpayment. It’s shady to send a non-itemized bill to a patient with no warning or response about 2 years after the service was done and all payment was seemingly wrapped up. I’m just going to pay it because it’s not that much and I don’t want it to haunt me. I’m happily now going to a different dentist!"

"My first time visiting was a great experience! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and felt nervous about it, but my hygienist and the doctor were so accommodating and patiently answered all of my questions about future treatments and made sure I was comfortable. I didn’t feel rushed at all and the staff were very kind and inviting. Definitely would recommend to anyone!"

"Many of my co-workers and I use this place (as it is covered by our work insurance). They consistently push for overpriced services (that will likely not be recommended if you get a second opinion at another dentist- as many of us have) I ended up getting some uncomplicated fillings from them and have been dealing with very painful sensitivity for months now. I have also been seen by another dentist every visit (which suggests high turnover) - Overall would not recommend."
