"Dr Isleem and all his associates were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful during my treatments. I needed extensive care with Dr Isleem and he patiently explained all my procedures to me with compassion and a gentle hand. Dr Isleem’s care was 5 stars plus!!! The price was reasonable but more importantly the job was done correctly. He had me come to the office multiple times in order to make sure my bridge and new teeth would fit seemlessly in my mouth. I can’t thank Dr Isleem a his team enough. I would highly reccomed this practice to anyone."

"I like the dentist here, but their staff are impossible to work with and will not submit the necessary documentation to my insurance company. Last year I agreed to pay 100% upfront while they worked with delta dental on insurance coverage. This was a huge mistake, don't do this! Race Street Dental failed to submit the correct documentation to my insurance, and since I paid with my FSA, my FSA demanded an estimate of benefits within 90 days. Race Street wasn't able to get this done and my FSA card was frozen. Later after speaking with delta dental I found out Race Street didn't even submit the insurance documentation until 6 weeks after the initial consultation. So this year I refused to pay upfront and instead I gave them my updated insurance information. I'm currently on month 9 waiting for an EOB. This year I have two different normal Cigna PPO insurance plans. But Race Street Dental seems to shovel documentation over to my insurance company, and they will never follow up. I realized I had to start monitoring why it was denied, I would call cigna who called Race Street Dental and they said then they would resubmit it. But they would resubmit the EXACT same documentation, not what my insurance company requested. I even worked with a healthcare advocate and they also confirmed that Race Street Dental was the problem. I've wasted so much time on the phone on this issue, and Race Street Dental won't make an effort to make this right. Don't bother using them assuming you have insurance, if there is any problem they won't make an effort to fix it."

"Since recently moving to the Philadelphia area, just prior to Covid in 2020, I have not had dental care. I found Race Street Dental Care online and read the reviews. They deserve five stars and more! Today, I received excellent dental care with Dr. Szabo and hygienist Jenna. They were both great listeners about my previous dental history. They asked relevant questions and gave me intelligent, caring responses to my questions. The examination and teeth cleaning were thorough and gentle. The recommendations for future care were provided with consideration of my dental "anxiety" moment. Overall, I highly recommend them. If you want excellent care from a staff that truly does care, go to this practice. You will enjoy your visit!"
