"If I could give no stars I would. We scheduled an appointment a week ago for 4:30 and get an email confirmation of our appointment. We show up only for them to tell us they don’t do 4:30 appointments. We didn’t even get a phone call about this scheduling issue to maybe find a new time that would work for us. Then don’t allow your website to allow online appointments at times you don’t see patients. We were new patients and won’t ever come back."
